Some orders are posted standard shipping via Australia Post after the 7 business day processing. Shipping is generally 1-3 business days within Australia, please allow longer for WA, QLD, SA & TAS. *Note Australia Post shipping delivery times are delayed due to COVID19.

Wall Art print orders  take 7 business days to process before we ship. We will email you tracking info once your item is dispatched  

The estimated delivery time frames are:

For customers in VIC, approximately 3 – 5 working days;
For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 – 8 working days;
For customers in QLD, NT,WA and TAS, approximately 7 – 10 working days.

Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details.

Undeliverable Postcodes  

We try our best to include all the undelivered postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undelivered for some SKUs.

If the item can not be delivered to the address but you still place the order with us, we will contact you through email with the extra shipping fee after the order is paid. You will need to pay the extra fee to get the order delivered. Those orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically with email notification.

Please kindly contact us for more information if you need the item to be delivered to the remote areas to ensure your order could be processed successfully if the extra postage can not be obtained by the postage query bar.

Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 3 working day after receipt of cleared payment).

We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
